Non-Refundable Deposit Disclosure
All deposits placed on a Dachshund puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

The deposit is used to reserve a specific puppy or a place on our waitlist and removes that puppy from availability to other potential buyers.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Personal or financial situations

Allergies

Landlord, housing, or family issues

Failure to complete payment or pick up the puppy

Deposits are not transferable to another puppy unless explicitly approved by the seller in writing.

If the buyer fails to complete the purchase or communication ceases, the deposit will be forfeited.

If, for any reason, the seller is unable to provide the puppy as agreed (for example, due to health or availability issues), the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred at the buyer’s option.
